His phone was last pinged around 9:00 AM, heading southbound on Highway 99, about 1,000 meters before Blaine Park in Tulare. Before his phone lost connection, Dennis left a voicemail for a family member, expressing confusion about his route and suggesting he may have taken a wrong turn. His phone has since gone straight to voicemail, raising concerns for his safety.
