Colson Jaymes Carley, a 17-year-old resident of rural Milford, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka. Born on February 1, 2007, in Kankakee, Colson was raised by his grandmother, Verla Carley, who had cared for him from an early age.
Colson’s passing has deeply impacted the Milford and Cissna Park school community, where he was well-known among his classmates and friends. Support and condolences have been pouring in on social media as many express their grief and prayers for the family.
