Wenatchee, Washington – Carol Sue McClellan Jones, a vibrant personality known for her love of sports and her community, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2024, at the age of 75.
Born on December 28, 1948, in Great Bend, Kansas, Carol spent most of her life in Manson, Washington, where she became a beloved figure in the community.
Her energy and joy for life touched everyone around her, whether she was playing softball, bowling, or cheering for her favorite teams—the Mariners and the Seahawks.
Carol’s fondness for Lake Chelan, particularly her cabin at Lucerne, was well-known, and she created countless memories there with family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Jones, and her granddaughters, Madison and Mallory Coffman, who continue to cherish the legacy of love and laughter she leaves behind.
